6th Street Lofts

A 30-unit, three-level apartment community over parking, with the first parking lift machines in Long Beach. Aimed at students and young professionals, it includes several community rooms, a courtyard and roof decks with fireplaces. The building sits on a partially finished basement left from a condominium project halted in 2008.
